![]() I believe I ended up getting my Series X through Best Buy, but even though I ended up getting lucky with the PS5 through GameFly, it was about a year after release.Accident investigation report completed and information capturedĬharlotte-Douglas International Airport, NC (CLT) ( United States of America)Ītlanta-William B. for the 4 game plan, which wasn't a whole lot more than the 2 game plan so I said to hell with it. □ I've come to terms with the fact I'll never complete my backlog and a few years ago just told myself I made bad purchasing decisions, so live and learn. Let's just say it's a big reason my backlog is so huge. If it was a game I enjoyed and the price drop was good I'd keep it. ![]() I turn 42 in September, I think I can count on one hand the amount of games I've finished in the last 5 years. ![]() It all went downhill in my 30's, less time to enjoy games every year since. I agree though, the older I get the less time I have for games. Quite often I would send them straight back. I didn't actually play them all, and I would keep some out for a while, but I basically used GameFly as a way to demo games, still the main reason I subscribe today. I was in my early-mid 20's back then, lots of free time. Nintendo games make you think more than most AAA blockbusters, everything you do has somewhat of a puzzle element which would be annoying most of the time but strangely isn't due to brilliant design. If anything, most other AAA games with the exception of Souls games are way easier and predictable. Thought Nintendo graphics would be total shit and that the thing made for children but the graphics/fps are strangely acceptable and the games brilliantly made. Gotta say, I'm quite happy with the purchase. Went with the Switch OLED because of steamdecks garbage screen. Steam deck should at least release with a decent LCD screen if they can't do OLED. The upredictabilty made booting up the PC and loading a game not worth it (really with PC gaming had quick resume) Might get an hour, might get a minute, who knows. I'm like you and due to obligations only get random times to play games now, so turning on the PC to have a nice session isn't possible without likely being interrupted 10 minutes in. I would have bought the steam deck or over the Switch 10 times out of 10 but the screen is terrible. We generally allow all content to be posted, but extremely low-quality posts may be removed.
